For 20 years, Brandiose has designed more official on-field Minor League Baseball hats than anyone else on Earth. When Brandiose designs a new hat, we receive a sample swatch. We use these swatches to help New Era’s “digitizers” create a “tape”. A tape is a set of instructions that the New Era embroidery machines use to create each 5950. Tapes dictate stitch type, direction, and depth.
